Healthy habits

Today in 3rd B and 3rd C, we have started to prepared some cards about healthy habits for our lapbook 

- Have a balanced diet. Eat the right amount of each food group.
- Brush our teet every day.
- Do lots of exercise.
- Wash your hands before eating.
- Drink lots of water. You need to drink 1.5 litres of water every day
- Have a shower
- Sleep well. Dont´go to bed late.
